One Halloween day someone named Sally found a secret door. Sally wanted to find the key that opened the door. She was thinking about what was in it. She searched everywhere but she could no find the key. Sally began to get angry.
One day she saw a key, picked it up and went to the secret door. Sally put the key in the door. It didn’t work. Sally was so mad that she went up into the attic. While she was in the attic she saw a shiny glow in the corner. She tried that key and it WORKED! The room was filled with candy! Sally told her mom and dad that they didn’t need to go trick-or-treating. Sally’s mom and dad asked why. Sally showed them the room filled with candy. Sally’s mom and dad were very surprised. “Sally, you were exactly right”, Sally’s parents said.
