The Write Team is a local, education based program committed to cultivating exceptional youth literacy skills. Funded by The Holmberg Foundation and realized by the James Prendergast Library, we work with Jamestown Public Schools, the YMCA, and the YWCA in their elementary after school programs.
Through exploring the creative process the Write Team strives to encourage creative thinking and provide a positive atmosphere in which young minds can express themselves freely.
